Summary Description: The Consultant must have 3 -5 years' experience as an on-premise and SaaS application support analyst. The core sills required are .Net, MSSQL Server DB, Oracle DB, SQL, and SSRS. He or she, must be familiar with supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and appropriate Change Management Processes. They will be responsible for Application Production Support, along with Vendor Management Support. They must be able to learn new technologies and business processes, be fully involved in supporting the on-premise and SaaS applications, with a goal of performing timely issue resolution and maintaining the daily operations/administration of the applications
