Financial Analyst I
Support the financial planning and analysis functions. Focus on data gathering, basic analysis, and report preparation. Work under close supervision and contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Financial Analyst I: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Financial Analyst I Responsibilities Include:
  • Gathers and organizes financial data from various sources.
  • Prepares basic financial reports and/or presentations.
  • Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Performs variance analysis and identifies trends.
  • Maintains and updates financial models and databases.
  • Assists with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Supports senior analysts in ad-hoc projects and analyses.
  • Ensures data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conducts regular general ledger and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • No supervisory/management authority.
  • Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Financial Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
