As aVP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define projectobjectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.

  • Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies,leveragingmore innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, tooptimizeproject outcomes.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strongtrack recordof successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build andmaintainlong-term relationships.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).

  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).

  • Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
