Role Description
Financial Technology organization seeks an experienced seeks an experienced candidate to execute Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience's (CDRR) communication strategy.
This role will be responsible for leading various communication initiatives and campaigns within the division, including content creation, technical storytelling, 
drafting organizational announcements and supporting quarterly Open Forums.
The candidate will work closely with senior leaders to support the execution of division-wide priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives and/or events, 
and help drive major communications campaigns to completion.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and an excellent team player.
The candidate will work in a global virtual team that spans multiple time zones.
 
Key Responsibilities
CDRR Liaison to Tech & Corporate Comms:
Act as the primary liaison between CDRR and Technology & Corporate Communications teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration on communication strategies and initiatives. Firmwide, Techwide, & CDRR
-Comms Lead: Lead the creation and dissemination of organizational announcements, Cyber Alerts/Tips, Tech Policy Memos, and Quarterly InfoSec Emails
-Firmwide Campaign Lead: Manage firmwide campaigns such as Secure Our World (SoW), Global Vulnerability Management (GVM), and other major initiatives
-CDRR Divisional Newsletters Lead: Oversee the creation and distribution of CDRR divisional newsletters, ensuring relevant and engaging content
-CDRR Awards Governance & Management: Coordinate the governance and management of external CDRR awards.
-CDRR TEE Oversight: Provide support for the Technology Excellence and Engagement (TEE) program, driving education and tooling improvements
-CDRR Quarterly Open Forums: Support the execution of quarterly open forums, including secondary responsibilities for planning and coordination
-CDRR Divisional Management Miscellaneous Oversight: Oversee various divisional management activities such as Comms Day, Culture Conversations, and 
Tech Excellence initiatives
-CDRR Jive Strategic Oversight: Support the strategic oversight of the CDRR Jive platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging
 
Skills Required:
-Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simply and explain complex problems to different types of audiences with varied technical skills. --Prior exposure to working cross-functionally with global teams of product managers, engineers, designers, project managers, and other senior stakeholders.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly.
-Strong process management skills and direct experience dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, One Note, and Teams.
-Technology, Risk/Regulatory, or Strategy background is a plus.
-Experience with technology program/project management is preferred.
-Technology experience (either in Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cyber, or Technical Quality Assurance) is preferred
