Job description

About Morning Made

At Morning Made, we're solving the coffee problem: the jitters, the crash, the 2pm slump. We make a range of coffee alternatives, with matcha as our core range, for people who want to feel good, not just caffeinated.

We're one of the fastest-growing coffee-alternative brands globally, stocked in 30,000+ doors across Walmart, Target, Kroger, Sprouts, and Wakefern. Now we're looking to grow our foodservice business, supplying cafes with matcha, and we need a part-time sales rep to help us build it!

The Role

We're hiring a part-time Foodservice Sales Representative to help build and grow our US foodservice channel from the ground up. You'll focus on getting Morning Made into independent cafes and coffee shops, and building the relationships that turn into long-term accounts.

This is a flexible, part-time role (roughly 5-20 hours a week), fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and sign new independent cafe and coffee shop accounts across the US.
  • Build and manage relationships with cafe owners, buyers, and operators.
  • Represent Morning Made's matcha, chai, and coffee-alternative lineup as the go-to option for coffee shops looking to expand their menu.
  • Track outreach, pipeline, and account status, and report progress regularly.
  • Work with our team to develop pitch materials, pricing, and account terms suited to the foodservice channel.
  • Help lay the groundwork for future relationships with broadline distributors (such as Sysco, US Foods, PFG, and Shamrock) as the channel grows.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-6 years of sales experience, ideally in coffee, foodservice, or CPG.
  • Required: existing experience in coffee, and/or existing relationships with cafes and cafe distributors. This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
  • Comfortable working independently and setting your own schedule.
  • Strong communicator, both written and in person.
  • Based in the US; able to work remotely with occasional travel for meetings or trade shows as needed.

Why Join Morning Made?

  • Massive Growth Opportunity: Be part of one of the fastest-growing brands in the wellness space.
  • Make an Impact: Play a pivotal role in shaping our US foodservice sales and building a strong foundation for long-term success.
  • Global Team: Work alongside top talent in the industry, collaborating across multiple markets.
