Service Advisor – All Jim Click Locations

As a Service Advisor, you’ll guide customers through the service process—building trust, recommending needed repairs and maintenance, and supporting a longterm career in automotive service.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs

  • Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

  • Provide vehicle status updates and follow up as needed

  • Prepare and finalize repair orders accurately and efficiently

  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

Service Advisor Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Selfmotivated with a positive, professional attitude

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, customerdriven environment

  • Comfort learning dealership systems and service processes

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a preemployment drug screen.
