Caregiver – Group Home

The Little Foundation LLC

About Us:

The Little Foundation provides habilitation services, home and community based services (BCBS), therapy, and attendant care. Our agency provides a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities. Services in our group homes may include, but are not limited to: habilitative therapies, special developmental skills, behavior intervention and sensorimotor development.

Our Mission:

The primary focus of The Little Foundation is to recognize the challenges associated with developmental disabilities and assist in highlighting the possibilities and opportunities that are often buried underneath the surface.

Being a Caregiver:

We are looking for individuals who are nurturing, compassionate, sincere, responsible, adaptive and eager to learn. This position is in a residential group home providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Prior caregiving experience is appreciated but not required!

Shifts Available:

· Group Homes (FT/PT)

· Morning Shifts: Sat-Sun 7am-3pm or Sat-Sun 7am-11pm (8 hour or 16 hour weekend shifts available)

· Afternoon/Evening Shifts: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm or Sat-Sun 3pm-11pm

· Overnight Shifts: Mon-Fri 11pm-9am and/or Sat-Sun 11pm-9am
