The Jewelry Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering high-touch, personalized service to customers while assisting with sales transactions and maintaining the overall store environment. This position involves on-the-job learning with basic product orientation and collaborates closely with the team. Periodic inventory checks may be required, though inventory management is handled by a separate team. Ability to use a computer for recording jobs and calling/texting customers for repair updates is needed.
