Client Experience & Sales

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by building rapport, understanding each client's needs, and recommending the right products and services through consultative selling

Product & Industry Knowledge

Operations & Compliance

  • Process cash, credit, and other transactions accurately, honestly, and in compliance with company policy
  • Operate the company's proprietary point-of-sale system accurately and independently.
  • Follow all security, loss prevention, and safety protocols to protect clients, associates, and inventory
  • Keep the workspace and showroom clean, organized, and presentation-readyat all times
  • Report to scheduled shifts on time and remain through the end of each shift

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of luxury retail sales experience; jewelry and watch experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for luxury goods, craftsmanship, and client service
