About the role
Through the lens of a client, CD Peacock Sales Professionals consistently provide a superior level of service that aligns with our core value of 'exceeding client expectations'. Our Sales Professionals must provide an open and inviting point of contact for all walk-in customers, with the long-term goal of deepening connections and cultivating relationships with prospective clients.
What you'll do
  • Act as ultimate ambassador of the boutique, modeling client-centric behaviors at all times
  • Maintain and inspire clients with a deep knowledge of CD Peacock's heritage
  • Acquire new customers with the long-term goal of cultivating client relationships
  • Build relationships and drive sales with clients through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Focus on high impact activities that will increase client conversion and retention to subsequently drive revenue and inspire loyalty to the CD Peacock brand
  • Demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented approach to consistently exceed client expectations
  • Participate in buys (in coordination with buying team) or special orders, based upon client requests
  • Handle service requests, warranties and repairs, maintaining consistent follow-up with clients
  • Uphold operational excellence by conducting case counts, routine inventories and executing price accuracy including ticketing
  • Uphold and maintain visual / merchandising standards throughout the boutique
  • Take part in maintaining a clean, safe and conducive work environment for co-workers and clients in all areas of the front of house and the back of house
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of all systems & software ... including POS, CRM, Inventory Management Systems, iPhones, Microsoft Office & Teams and business related Apps
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service goals through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge
  • Maximize learning opportunities via vendor immersions, sales & service trainings, product summits (if and when applicable), self-guided learnings; including e-learnings and app-based trainings.
  • Achieve a healthy balance of sales through cross selling efforts that will include selling Rolex timepieces, Other (non-Rolex) timepieces and Fine/ Fashion Jewelry
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) tied to service and clientelling metrics; i.e secret shops, client surveys, retention rate, conversion rate, cross-selling and top client growth
  • Maximize learning opportunities via vendor immersions, sales & service trainings, product summits (if and when applicable), self-guided learnings; including e-learnings and app-based trainings.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs โ€ข
  • Must be able to stand a minimum of 5 hours
  • Must be on the sales floor a minimum of 75%
  • Must be able to work between 35 - 40 hours per week
  • Must utilize and be proficient in systems, software and technology, required to perform duties as a sales professional (including POS, CRM, IMS, iPhones, Microsoft Office/ Teams and business-related Apps)
  • Must be fully flexible and available with scheduling and working (when needed) weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must reflect and role model our company's Core Values at all times
  • Must always reflect professionalism, honesty and integrity
  • Must have prior experience in Luxury Retail/Jewelry & Watches
  • GIA Certification is preferred but not required

The pay range for this role is:
22 - 25 USD per hour (Oakbrook Center)
