We are looking for a motivated and creative person to join our team and help grow our jewelry business. This position combines jewelry sales, customer service, and social media management.


Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote our jewelry products to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and help customers select the perfect pieces
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Take photos and videos of jewelry and create posts, Reels, and Stories
  • Manage and grow our social media presence and followers
  • Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Help develop creative ideas for promotions, sales, and online marketing
  • Keep up with current jewelry, fashion, and social media trends
  • Help increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales


Qualifications

  • Previous sales, retail, jewelry, fashion, or social media experience is a plus
  • Comfortable talking with customers and making sales
  • Creative and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms
  • Ability to take attractive product photos and videos
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
  • A genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, and beauty is a plus
