Details of Position:
  • Assist to manage the operation of the Department
  • Build up strong customer relationship
  • Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
  • Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
  • Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
  • Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
  • Prepare sales and retail-related reports
Job Requirement Qualifications Requirement:

  • With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellry or management
  • Strong communication and customer service skill
  • Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
  • Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
  • Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
