Job Description
The custom printing technician will be responsible for printing custom wallets at Dynomighty.
This is a hands on position, requiring a high degree of mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities will include operating and maintaining commercial ink-jet printers and overcoming technical obstacles.
You will be responsible for quality control and problem solving, continually monitoring printing operations, inspecting printed products to verify conformance to specifications, executing setup and adjustments of equipment to maintain quality output and print quality.
Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATES:

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
  • Print-making experience (publishing, commercial printing, fine art, screenprint, etc.)
  • Experience printing on various media (plastics, vinyls, ceramics, metal, textiles, etc.)
  • University or relevant vocational degree
  • Education or experience in design, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software

Additional Information

This is a seasonal position with flexible hours. However, the general structure will be:
  • Nov. 1 - Nov. 15, Training period (paid):

5-10 hours/week during regular, weekday working hours (9am-6pm)
  • Nov. 16 - Dec. 15, Peak, holiday season:

30-60 hours/week, primarily 2nd shift (4pm-12am) and weekend hours to augment our regular production operations.
Salary commensurate with experience. This position needs to be filled on or before November 1, 2014 and will expire before December 24th, 2014.
