Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 3 years corporate Flight Attendant experience required. Customer service experience preferred.. College degree preferred. Position Purpose: While the primary purpose of the International Flight Attendant Senior (IFAS) position is to ensure the safety of the passengers, the position is also responsible for creating and delivering World's Finest Aviation Experience. The IFAS delivers the cabin experience by communicating with designated personnel for the client's preferences and expectations; creating, coordinating and preparing menu(s); tailoring the cabin amenities and comfort items; welcoming clients with a warm and inviting environment; providing exceptional service; and being the subject matter expert on all cabin and galley operations.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
  1. Responsible for the comfort of Gulfstream passengers and ensures their safety through situational awareness, cabin safety briefings, crew communication and assistance in emergency situations .
  2. Demonstrates the operations of all cabin and galley features .
  3. Knowledgeable about the Gulfstream product line to support customer questions .
  4. Responsible for participating in pre-demo briefings and contacting the sales representative for purposes of menu planning and onboard cabin experience expectations .
  5. Required to learn and utilize a web-based system(s) to request cabin amenities .
  6. Participates in flight operation's leadership meetings to provide feedback and offer suggestions .
  7. Communicates with manager regarding any concerns that may affect the cabin experience (i.e.: catering, schedule changes, cabin operations) .
  8. When away from homebase, IFAS is responsible for the inventory and control of all catering, china, crystal, flatware, linens, wines, liquors, and cabin amenities .
  9. When a crew change is required, the IFAS must communicate and ensure the aircraft is ready for its next mission (i.e.: adequate stock, clean cabin and dishes, non-standard items removed and cargo items labeled) .
  10. Responsible for cleanliness of cabin .
  11. Adheres to company purchasing and travel policies .
Additional Functions:
  1. Stays current in general emergencies and first aid procedures .
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in cabin operations every 12 months including connectivity and cabin management system .
  3. Familiarization of aviation mattress options as well as the ability to operate and demonstrate .
Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
  1. United States valid passport. Candidates with a valid green card may be considered.
  2. United States valid driver's license.
  3. No travel restrictions.
  4. Must be willing to relocate within one hour of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
  5. Within 90 days of hire, must complete and pass flight attendant training.
  6. Within 90 days of hire, must complete and pass MedAire emergency training.
  7. Within 90 days, must be signed off by designated American Medical Examiner to ensure there is no restrictions for assignments.
  8. International corporate flight attendant experience required. Must have knowledge of cultural customs and protocols.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Foreign language skills highly preferred.
  11. Proficiency working with iOS devices and windows-based computer system. Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive preferred.
  12. Must be personable, approachable and an overall good teammate.
  13. Cost-conscience and the ability to adhere to budgets.
  14. Job requires good physical condition. Ability to stand long period of times and lift 60 pounds.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
