Jet Center Concierge
Horseshoe Bay Resort โ€“ Jet Center

Position Overview

The Jet Center Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for private pilots, members, and guests. This role ensures efficient operations and a high level of service for all arrivals and departures at the Resort Jet Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in person and by phone; manage service requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Flight Coordination: Schedule arrivals and departures using aviation software; monitor email and radio communications.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle fuel sales, service tickets, and payment transactions accurately.
  • Operations Support: Assist with fuel inventory tracking for aircraft and vehicles.
  • Safety Compliance: Complete required safety training and follow all FBO procedures and protocols.
  • Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk area.
  • Coordination: Work with resort departments to support guest needs from arrival through check-in.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
