Location: Zelienople, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Overview
Private Jet Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (A&P) to support safe and reliable flight operations. This role is responsible for performing aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on company aircraft.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbook entries, work orders, and required documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Airworthiness Directives, and company standards.
  • Properly use, inspect, and maintain tools, equipment, and calibrated devices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in hangars, shops, and ramp areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate maintenance status, findings, and project updates with maintenance leadership and team members.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and maintenance processes.
  • Assist with additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  • Previous aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience in Part 135 operations preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical publications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using aircraft maintenance tools and calibrated equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as operational needs require.
  • Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks.
