To strengthen our presence in the U.S. market, Luxaviation USA is actively seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker, ideally based in or with a strong network in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Houston.


About the Role

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on-demand charter flights - from quote to execution - ensuring a flawless client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts, family offices, etc.)
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry intelligence
  • Build and deliver bespoke commercial offers and charter quotes in a competitive environment
  • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service standards
  • Oversee the complete charter process: from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up
  • Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant
  • Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis)
  • Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation


Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private jet charter brokerage or a similar high-end sales role
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing demanding clients
  • Strong understanding of charter operations and aircraft performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, autonomous, and results-driven mindset
  • Fluent English required; Spanish or any additional language is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, with discretion and a client-first attitude
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
