If you have a proven track record in private jet sales, with the ability to identify, grow and retain clients through a commitment to exceeding expectations, this could be the ideal next senior role for you. You will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and play a key role in shaping the future of the office.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the start of an exciting growth journey, where you will have significant influence over the direction, culture and success of the San Jose office.
Salary will be based on experience and a relocation package is available.
Job Description
  • Recruit a team of Trainee Brokers with the drive to succeed, and provide them with the tools, support and guidance needed to achieve success.
  • Support the development and growth of your team through regular one-to-ones, coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Lead from the front by converting and retaining clients through an exceptional client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators.
  • Attend client meetings, both with your own clients and alongside members of your team.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to develop new business, using internal resources such as our Bids and Client Experience teams where appropriate

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in private jet chartering.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous management experience is desirable.
  • Ability to travel and work outside standard office hours when required.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and motivate others.
  • This is an on site role
