Pay: $18.75/hr min

Full Time 

Location -  Orlando, FL, Hybrid (A combination of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work.)

Department: Jesus Film Project

The Kind of Work You'll be Doing: 

• Execute on every step of the contract process for appropriate departments of Jesus Film Project (JFP) as needed, coordinating and communicating with appropriate stakeholders using Asana and Icertis.

• Represent all contract requests to JFP's COO, CFO, and act as the liaison to Cru's General Counsel's Office (GCO), while brainstorming, troubleshooting, and evaluating JFP's contract process. Ensure projects are prioritized based on JFP's requirements for GCO.

• Collaborate with JFP legal champions from each assigned department, improving contract processes as needed. Help enforce processes and policies within JFP based on legal counsel. Provide training and consultation to other staff as needed with regards to contracts requests and processing.

• Manage and track contract life-cycles. Communicate with appropriate leaders regarding contract renewals, providing two month and one month notice of contract termination.

• Report on contracts, including prioritization, status and burn rate of all contracts.

• Maintain legal department tools such as Asana to streamline new or existing practices, as well as improving usage if needed.

• Liaise with Finance Managers and the Senior Financial Analyst as needed for contract payments.

• Monitor multiple shared inboxes and respond in a timely manner.

• Assist the Media Review Board by providing clear communication on outstanding requests. 


  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, legal, or project management field preferred, but not required
  • 2 years of experience in a finance-focused position
  • Experience with legal contracts preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
