Cooper University Health Care, South Jersey’s premier academic health system, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to join our expanding Division of Rheumatology. This is a full-time academic and clinical position based in Camden, NJ, with potential for additional practice at satellite offices.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team focused on excellence in patient care, medical education, and clinical research. Our division provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Serve as a key educator for medical students, residents, and fellows through Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research, if desired.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with orthopaedics, primary care, dermatology, nephrology, and other specialties.

Strong commitment to patient-centered care and academic excellence.


MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.


Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology.

Eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.
