Es gehört innerhalb des Jenoptik-Konzerns zur Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing, deren Expertise vor allem in den Bereichen Optik, Mikrooptik und Präzisionskomponenten liegt, aber auch in der Lasertechnik, Metrologie, Optoelektronik und Sensorik.

Quality Engineer Präzisionsoptik 100% (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Heerbrugg, CH

Hier brauchen wir deine Hilfe:
  • Führung und Umsetzung einer systematischen Qualitätsverbesserung auf Produkt- und Prozessebene im zugeordneten Produktionsbereich (Q-Shopfloor Moderation; 8D-Report; interne Audits, etc.)
  • Durchführung von teilweise bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen als auch Entscheid bei Qualitätsthemen inkl. Sperrbereichsverwaltung (Liefer-/Sonderfreigaben, etc.)
  • Umsetzung einer systematischen Qualitäts-/Prüfplanung intern hergestellter Produkte sowie deren Dynamisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Verfahrenstechnologie, System Development etc.) bei Qualitätsthemen in der Produktindustialisierung als auch Serienfertigung
  • Entsprechende technische Grundausbildung (Feinoptiker, Physiklaborant, etc.) mit Weiterbildung auf Technikerstufe
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Präzisionsoptik oder einer sehr artverwandten Industrie mit Erfahrung in der Produktion und/oder Qualitätssicherung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Qualitätsplanung sowie -sicherung, 8D-Methode, SixSigma und Mess- und Prüftechnik
  • Sehr selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Möglichkeit für Jobsharing
