With 20+ years in the industry, 500+ restaurants nationwide, and 2,000+ team members, this growing group blends family-style culture with high-performance standards. We’re hiring a Floating General Manager to support multiple locations in the Pensacola market.

  • Monitor food quality, speed of service, and hospitality standards; resolve guest issues with care.
  • Manage labor, COGS, and controllables to achieve profitability targets.
  • Partner with corporate and field leaders to roll out initiatives and share best practices.
