The JOB:

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and help provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are excited to add a hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented leader who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
  • Works closely with culinary leadership and the Food & Beverage management team to maintain service and quality standards.
  • Provides hands-on leadership during service, including assisting the team and addressing operational needs as they arise.
  • Ensures excellent guest service and promptly addresses guest questions, concerns, or special requests.
  • Meets and greets guests while maintaining a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere.
  • Assists with scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage based on business levels.
  • Trains, coaches, and supports team members to ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met.
  • Monitors team member performance and provides ongoing feedback and direction.
  • Assists with ordering, inventory, and maintaining appropriate product and supply levels.
  • Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and Resort policies and procedures.
  • Helps maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
  • Supports cost-control initiatives and assists leadership with monitoring labor and operational expenses.
  • Promotes teamwork, positive communication, and a professional work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.
