What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead daily front-of-house operations to deliver consistently excellent guest experiences
  • Coach, train, and develop service teams with clear standards and expectations
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful work environment
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor with an eye toward both quality and efficiency
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and care of the physical space
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with grace and professionalism
  • Collaborate closely with culinary leadership and ownership
  • Support administrative responsibilities such as ordering, systems, and reporting as needed
