What Will You Do?

The Inventory Clerk works under general supervision and is expected to identify and resolve basic to moderate level issues and problems.  All tasks must be performed to ISO standards and requirements as this site is a 45001 ISO certified site.

  • Perform physical count of inventory verifying against clerical computations and identify discrepancies
  • Assist with reconciling actual stock count to office records
  • Compute figures from records - sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels
  • Receive, unpack and deliver goods
  • Restock items as necessary, including labeling of shelves
  • Work with vendors and purchasing agents to prepare deliveries
  • Perform other duties as needed
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a regular basis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Your Experience Should Be...
  • Must have 1 or more years of experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing
  • Previous inventory related experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to apply basic math skills with accuracy
  • Available to work overtime and weekend hours, as needed by the business
  • High school diploma or GED
  • JDE knowledge, a plus
  • Forklift experience
