Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, policies, certifications, lifecycle events, and provisioning processes.
  • Configure identity governance, access requests, access reviews, role management, and automated provisioning.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement identity aggregation, correlation, provisioning, de-provisioning, and account management.
  • Work with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, REST APIs, Web Services, and other connectors.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SailPoint rules using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, as applicable.
  • Configure and manage SailPoint connectors and application onboarding.
  • Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, workflow errors, and access-related incidents.
  • Participate in IAM architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement IAM requirements.
  • Support access governance, compliance, audit, and security controls.
