General Maintenance Duties
- Performing routine maintenance to ensure structures remain intact and interior fixtures and systems work
- Handling minor electrical, plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service tasks, such as replacing filters and light bulbs and troubleshooting leaks
- Completing outdoor improvements, such as cleaning gutters, fixing fences and repairing cracks in sidewalks, driveways and parking areas
- Improving a structure’s appearance by painting, staining, sealing and varnishing
- Assembling furniture, appliances and electronics
- Installing shelving, whiteboards, artwork and blinds
- Performing routine electrical, plumbing and HVAC system inspections
- Updating work order tickets with notes
- Keeping tools, equipment and supplies organized and accurately inventoried
- Other Duties as may be assigned
