JBPM expert with minimum 5 yrs of JBPM experience

Very strong technical and communication skills

Should have experience of working in client facing lead role

Hands on with JBPM implementation on different app servers

Ability to design/mentor and lead the team

Collabrative , good in verbal / written communications and ability to present difficult concepts in simple terms

Strong Java knowledge, Spring, Hibernate, Messaging, Oracle, MQ
