Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. The TPM will drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program management for technical initiatives
  • Define program scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
  • Break down complex problems into actionable work streams
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively
  • Drive communication and reporting with stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and program execution frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-8+ years experience in program/project management (technical domain preferred)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
