Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing services to clients (ages 4-12) across home, school, and other community settings

  • Teaching acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills

  • Managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills

  • Documenting data and progress throughout sessions

  • Competitive hourly wages that value your skills and dedication

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

  • Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred

Schedule:

  • We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, with the option to move into full-time.
