Job description

Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment Attorney with 8+ years of experience in employment litigation as well as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context.
  • Experience with drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, union negotiations, DFEH, EEOC and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice
  • Familiarity with public agency employers a plus
Locations:Los Angeles or Irvine locations preferred, however, the attorney may be based in any of the following office locations:
Southern CA:Indian Wells | Irvine | Los Angeles |Ontario | Riverside
