JBA International is a recruiting and consulting company looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team based out of Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact senior decision makers to identify opportunities for selling staffing and consulting services
  • Research and understand how to navigate various organizational structures to work with different types of organizations-most of our clients are medium and large companies
  • Work with clients, account managers, and recruiters to discuss open positions and project opportunities
  • Gather information and report business and market intelligence, such as business trends, to help pivot services and find new opportunities
  • Participate in weekly client progress reviews
  • Complete daily activity reports to track progress

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience successfully contacting high level people within an organization
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and objectives
  • Experience building rapport, defining needs and building intelligence to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Must have a desire to build a career in sales and recruitment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
