This posting may fill positions at Atkins, Monti, and/or Magrath Physical Fitness Centers.

Duties
Help
  • Assists in planning, marketing, and conducting ongoing conditioning programs for facility users.
  • Instructs individuals on proper techniques for aerobic and muscular fitness, as well as flexibility training.
  • We are actively seeking to hire individuals for the roles of Personal Trainers, as well as Instructors specializing in Zumba, Jazzercise, and Hip-Hop Cardio.

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
  • This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
  • A physical examination, arranged by the employer, is required prior to employment.
  • Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
  • Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
  • Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events.

Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
  • work experience monitoring/executing/managing a basic physical fitness program, AND
  • currently have (or will have PRIOR to the start of employment) a Fitness or Personal Trainer Certificate.
