Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking a Senior UI Developer to work with multiple product teams across various domains. The role involves building modern, intuitive user experiences and collaborating with multi-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Working with multiple product teams across various domains like DevOps, Automation, AIOps, ValueOps and more, building modern, consistent, intuitive and innovative experiences;
• Collaborating with a multi-functional team to define work that will meet organizational objectives;
• Experimenting with new front-end technologies that improve our software;
• Contributing to team and organizational best practices;
• Driving best practices for UI engineering across the organization;
• Enhancing our design system;
• Working closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices;
• Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of code;
• Implementing UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
• Reviewing and optimizing app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively;
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's + 8+ of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer
• A track record of well-executed challenging front-end engineering projects
• Enthusiasm and proactivity about collaborating with customers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other UX Designers to understand needs and deliver great experiences
• Passion to learn new technologies, new methods, and new skills
• A good understanding of Agile teams, practices, and principles
• Proficiency with frameworks such as React, Angular et al
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web Components
• Experience with best practices for UI Engineering at scale
• Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools
• Knowledge of and/or experience with WCAG accessibility standards
Preferred:
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Elasticsearch ( will be a plus )
• Exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms
