Software Developer

Ab Ovo, Inc. is hiring a Software Developer, responsible for developing applications using JavaScript. The duties include employing advanced white box and automated testing techniques and technical expertise to develop test automation to test features and functionality at different levels in the technology stack to ensure delivery of a reliable, consistent, high quality and scalable product. The role also involves conducting the web services on Linus, applying defined software quality best practices and procedures to design, influence, and drive quality and testability of Intuit's software, working on complex projects that cover a wide range of technologies and interdependencies between platforms requiring analytical skills and innovative thinking ensuring, and reviewing functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

The Software Developer will also perform functional automation of REST APIs, applying automation frameworks for multiple micro services using Java, conducting test case and test script reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality, executing all components of product testing such functional, regression, end-to-end testing, performance and load testing utilizing automation, validating the code in different environments and signing off quality on code delivery to production, and adding and maintaining automated tests to Jenkins pipeline as part of continuous integration (CI) pipeline.

Require a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related, plus 18-month experience as Software Developer, Web Developer, or related. Must possess skills of Codelgniter, JavaScript, jQuery, and ReactJS. Salary: $172,931.00 - $175,000.00/year.
