Job Summary:
Canfield Scientific is the world-leading developer of specialized photographic systems for medical practices and institutions. They are seeking a Mobile Applications Engineer to support their mobile app suite and develop automation tools for quality control on high-end medical mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out all aspects of mobile device and integrated hardware testing
• Validate that both software and hardware perform to established guidelines
• Work collectively with team members to solve defects and suggest improvements
• Create and execute automated programs and manual test scripts where appropriate for regression, installation, and performance/stress testing
• Monitor and communicate with developers any defects that arise when completing manual or automation testing
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technology
• Development experience leveraging services architectures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
• Knowledge of one or more of the following - Swift, Objective-C, JavaScript, Python
• Experience with source code repository tools like Git
