Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer III to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services across both the frontend and backend technology stack.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who takes ownership from concept to delivery, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and collaborates closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a senior contributor, you will also provide technical guidance, mentor other engineers, and help drive engineering best practices across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.

  • Translate business requirements and product features into well-designed technical solutions across frontend and backend systems.

  • Take ownership of projects from discovery and architecture through deployment and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to established development standards and best practices.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team effectiveness.

  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

  • 6–8+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development.

  • 6+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular.

  • 8+ years of experience with JavaScript development.

  • 6+ years of experience with TypeScript.

  • 8+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies.

  • Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience developing backend services with Node.js.

  • 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Heroku.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

  • Experience building scalable, high-availability enterprise applications.

  • Previous experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead on projects.
