ServiceNow Developer- HRSD
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Technical Expertise
o Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules.
o Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Certifications
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
o ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
• Domain Knowledge
o Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
• Soft Skills
o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Implementation
o Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events).
o Design and configure HR workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Platform Governance
o Define and enforce ServiceNow HRSD standards, security, and compliance requirements.
o Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for HRSD capabilities.
• Integration & Customization
o Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
o Develop custom widgets, portals, and reports as needed.

o Mentor junior developers and administrators.
