This includes partnering with the product ownership and the business on the team to define tasks and provide final estimates for User Stories. The Developers are responsible for attending and participating in all Scrum ceremonies**About This Role:****Responsibilities*** Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions* Ability to lead work breakdown exercises to create projects, epics, and stories* Lead in the development of front-end application standards with a focus on re-usability and security.* Serve as a technical mentor for peers, guiding developers to apply software patterns and principles.* Provide guidance on industry and company best practices within the team and the organization* Partner with Enterprise Architecture to apply/define architecture principles for current and future stacks* Participate and engage in COEs (Centers of Excellence) to lead agile teams in the adoption of technology standards and best practices with a focus on reusability, scalability, resiliency and security* Design client-side and server-side architecture* Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design* Design client-side, server-side, and mobile architecture.
