Role: Java Full stack Developer

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in delivering high-quality, zero-defect projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, drive technical excellence through code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Design and optimize queries for SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user interfaces, preferably using Angular 8.
  • Integrate systems using JMS, Kafka, and GIS technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile development practices.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Languages & Core: Java 8, Core Java / J2EE fundamentals, REST APIs
  • Frontend: Angular 8
  • Frameworks & Databases: Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate (or proficiency in JSF / Struts), MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle Database (very strong skills essential)
  • Big Data & Messaging: Apache Spark, Kafka (or other messaging services)

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $102,580 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
