Required Skills for Developer:
Java/J2EE/webservices/springs/hibernate
Required Skills for Lead:
8+ years of Java/J2EE Enterprise Web Development.
Ability to develop in all tiers (presentation, business, and database) of the application.
Deep hands-on experience with Spring framework and Object Oriented methodology of design and development.
Working experience with Hibernate including transaction management, caching and performance tuning.
Web Services SOA experience.
Experience working with JMS.
Experience in writing Stored Procedures, functions, SQL queries and backend programming using Oracle, SQL.
Experience with reporting frameworks like Jasper.
Experience with performance tuning of the application.
Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and mocking techniques.
