Title: Javaย Developer w/ SQL and C++ย / python
Location: Chicago, IL
Position Type: Contract

Description:
Develop, enhance, modify and/or maintains application that support Trader Metrics reporting across FICC in the Global Markets environment.
Design, code, test, debug and document programs in Netezza and Quartz python environment. Awareness of PL, CV, Sales data reported within the application and experience with big data repositories.
Individual contributor role;
Fully competent to work under general direction on complex projects usually on specific assigned problems, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed.
Typically requires 7-10 years of applicable experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial domain, financial metrics reporting applications
- Experienced in data warehouse, data analytics applications
- Ability to develop, maintain & troubleshoot complex SQL queries and experience with performance tuning
- Experience with Python scripting
