- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications

- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions

Expert 84+ Months

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 months of documented experience in Java development and maintenance of software systems developed in Java, JSP and XML using IBM WebSphere. 

2. 60+ months documented experience developing with IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) version 8 (or later), or ITM Rational System Architect (RSA) version 8 or later. 

3. 60+ months documented experience with WebSphere development.

4. 60+ months documented experience developing and maintaining JSF web applications.

5. 60+ months documented experience developing web services in WebSphere version 8(or later).

6. 60+ months documented experience designing and maintaining JPA applications.

7. 60+ months documented experience in Javascript, AJAX and UML.

8. 60+ months documented experience integrating LDAP and Siteminder security into web applications.

9. 60+ months Demonstrated experience creating accessible websites that are 508 compliant. 

10. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
