The Senior Software Developer will focus on designing, developing, modernizing, refactoring, and optimizing backend services using Java and React technologies. This role requires expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks and collaboration across teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and well-documented solutions. The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers and thrive in a dynamic, agile development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging, including unit tests with JUnit
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster team growth
  • Work with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript for integrated front-end development
  • Design and implement REST APIs and backend services
  • Apply Object-Oriented design principles to develop scalable solutions
  • Utilize SQL for database interactions and SLF4J/Logback for logging

Required Qualifications
