About the role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Java Developer (Programmer 3) to lead the design and development of multiple applications supporting a large-scale federal IT program. This role combines hands-on Java/Spring engineering with technical leadership, including guiding software development teams, implementing solutions, and conducting detailed design reviews. Location: Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C. Metro Area Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.
