Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development
• Designing and coding core components end-to-end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
Must Have Technical Skills:
• Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21
• Spring Boot
• MongoDB
• Distributed system design
• Performance tuning
• Rest API's
• Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.)
• Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat Open shift)
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Kafka
• CI/CD
• Agile/Scrum Exposure
Education/Certifications: bachelors or equivalent experience
