Position: Solution Architect

Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 months 

Job Description

  • Local to New Jersey
  • Own delivery of solution architecture and technology designs for core function programs
  • Face off to application platform teams to agree low level solutions support & design, (ii) provide solution design artefacts, (iii) interface with application and data architects to ensure strategic conformity/consistency, (iv) ensure design approval is achieved, including with stakeholder engagement, (v) works with BAs, Credit, Risk and Application Test teams High level Architecture design
  • Designing the solution and produce high level design documents
  • Understand the architecture impact and Barclays standards Understand the development cycle
  • Tech Stack preferred - Java (not mandatory)
  • Exposure to big program and working experience in bank
  • Data Awareness and Data flow experience
  • Technology Landscape Data Integration
  • Data Governance Requirements Analysis
  • Data Modeling Information Technology Trends
  • Strategic Thinking
