As a Product Delivery Associate in Portfolio Strategy and Automation, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB,delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy, and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Designandmaintainautomated test scripts for complex applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber
  • Improveandoptimizeexisting Java-based automation frameworks to increase scalability, maintainability, and reliability
  • Translaterequirements into reusable test cases and Cucumber feature files for user interface and service-level testing
  • Executeautomated and manual tests,analyzeresults, anddrivedefect triage, tracking, and closure
  • Collaboratewith developers, analysts, and testing teammates to deliver high-quality releases
  • Reviewautomation code and framework updates andprovideclear, constructive feedback
  • Integrateautomated tests into continuous integration and delivery pipelines to support repeatable, reliable releases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • 3 + years of experiencein software testing with a strong focus on test automation
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber
  • Proficiency in Java for automation, including experience with unit testing frameworks (such as TestNG or JUnit)
  • Experience with build tools used for Java automation (such as Maven or Gradle)
  • Experience using defect tracking tools (such as Jira)
  • Experience using automation pipeline tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes and understanding of software architecture concepts and system integration points
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
  • Experience designing and maintaining Java-based automation frameworks, including page object model and data-driven approaches
  • Working knowledge of database validation using structured query language
  • Strong communication skills for partnering across teams and sharing test outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
