Role - AI ML Engineer || Sunrise , FL || Remote
Experience Required - 8+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python AI/ML and Java fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and agent-based workflows
• Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)
• Experience deploying models using APIs, microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and scalable system design
• Experience on Scalable and secure AI architectures, performance, cost, and latency optimization
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement AI/ML solutions from POC to production
Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures
Own model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, retraining
Deploy models into production with CI/CD pipelines
Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and review code/designs
Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews
Provide guidance on best practices and standards
