Job description

Job Summary:
Full Visibility LLC is a federally certified Small Business that delivers innovative technical solutions to address the nation’s most critical and sensitive missions. They are seeking a Mid Software Engineer to work in Huntsville, AL, who will be responsible for developing and supporting applications using Java and AWS, as well as creating Business Intelligence reports and managing data transformation processes.
Responsibilities:
• Display proficiency with Power BI, data analysis, data query, data aggregation, data visualization, software development, system architecture, data transformation, data management, and big data technology.
• Utilize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Write complex statements, scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views to implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning of the mappings developed to ensure that the data is extracted, transformed, and loaded in a reasonable amount of time based on the requirements.
• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports using BI software and perform unit testing of the reports developed.
• Work on multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment) of BI Dashboard and reports.
• Develop required documentation in support of the development life cycle.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility. This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor Degree in related field or in-lieu-of degree 4 additional years of experience.
• At least eight (6+) years of Software Development experience.
• Exposure to AWS.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and supporting applications in AWS, including RDS PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, Redis, and OpenSearch.
• Experience implementing security solutions including PKI, SSL/TLS, encryption, and identity management using Keycloak.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Robust decision-making skills.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with multiple business intelligence environments.
