Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, version control systems (Git), and project management platforms, along with certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer, is highly valuable. Java Managers often work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, and they may be involved in hiring, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of Java developers.

How does a Java Manager typically balance technical leadership with team management responsibilities?

A Java Manager is often responsible for both guiding the technical direction of Java-based projects and overseeing the professional development and performance of their team members.
