Job description

Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is a technology company seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in Java and Kafka. The role involves designing and building distributed systems, managing Kafka platforms, and ensuring the handling of large volumes of streaming messages.
Responsibilities:
• Designed and built distributed and observable systems
• Familiar with designing log based data infrastructure
• Hands on experience in standing up and administrating on-premise Kafka platform which includes creating a backup & mirroring of Kafka Cluster brokers, broker sizing, topic sizing, h/w sizing, performance monitoring, broker security, topic security, consumer/producer access management
• Experience in handling huge volumes of streaming messages from Kafka or any other robust message broker
• Implementation & working knowledge of Elastic search, log stash & Kibana or similar logging platform
• Some of the identified NFRs and constraints/implementation experience in Kafka for:
• Guaranteed delivery - at-once and exactly once
• Guaranteed Persistence
• Low latency
Qualifications:
Required:
• Designed and built distributed and observable systems
• Familiar with designing log based data infrastructure
